How can I help?

We all need help sometimes. Sometimes, we don’t even realise it.

Life’s journey has a funny way of twisting and turning. There is no way of avoiding the highs and lows, feelings of joy and sorrow, fear and courage, connection and loss. However, there are ways to tread lightly over difficult patches and to fully appreciate and absorb the lighter times. All it takes is a little help to learn how, and many are surprised that therapy can actually be fun and uplifting!

Maybe you have a specific problem you would like to work through, or perhaps you simply want to get to know yourself a bit better? Perhaps it’s a team effort - couples counselling with guidance can be life changing if you’re struggling to communicate your needs with your loved one. Relationships are the key to a fulfilling life, but they are not always easy to navigate.

Some people arrive to therapy with an underlying feeling of being ‘lost’, while others simply have a desire to learn how to create a life filled with clarity and purpose. No matter where you are at; I’m here to support you.

Often medical professionals suggest a short path of treatment to ‘resolve’ a problem or issue, however I believe the human psyche is not so simple. It’s not uncommon to take a little more time, as layers peel back and the patient-therapist journey travels through a lifetime of habits, beliefs and patterns. We’ll work through these together to expand your life into one filled with authenticity and self-love.

Based in Margaret River and also offering online sessions via Zoom, I specialise in assisting individuals and couples to find the resources within themselves to overcome life difficulties. Let me provide you with a safe space, to assist you in feeling supported and nurtured as you grow into the person you deserve to become.

Life can transform when we open up and truly connect with ourselves, I’m here to walk with you and help guide you.

A lifetime can be a rather long journey, so my rates are very affordable. I believe that counselling and psychotherapy should be accessible to everyone as a longterm tool to help them enjoy the experience.
